Refund and Returns Policy

Naritmpnie stands by the quality of its luxury watches. Below are the terms for refunds and returns:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging and tags must be included.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@naritmpnie.com or call (256) 757-1248. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and a copy of your receipt. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Please contact us for further assistance if you’d like to exchange an item.
