1. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options tailored to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries; delivery times may vary based on destination.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our customers receive their Naritmpnie timepieces no matter where they are located.
- Domestic Shipping: Available to all 50 U.S. states.
- International Shipping: Available to most countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import fees.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100.
- Expedited Shipping: A flat rate fee of $15.
- International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: A flat rate fee of $30.
- Expedited International Shipping: A flat rate fee of $50.
- Customs and Import Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be extended.
5. Delivery Times
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- International Orders:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using this tracking number.
7. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Naritmpnie is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team at info@naritmpnie.com or call (256) 757-1248.
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.
9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
10. Return Shipping
In cases where returns are required, we provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
